Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to support and enhance our Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the petrochemical manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset. Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Good command of English is preferred. For male candidates, completion of military service is preferred where applicable. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage quality control activities for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. Manage the identification, isolation, investigation, and disposition of non-conforming products. Oversee and continuously improve Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO/IEC 17025. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily Quality Control laboratory operations. Manage supplier quality assurance and supplier audit processes. Lead customer complaint investigations and corrective/preventive actions. Provide quality leadership during new product introductions and product change management processes. Manage the preparation and maintenance of product documentation, including TDS, MSDS/SDS, Food Contact Declarations, EU Regulation No. 10/2011 compliance, REACH, and other regulatory documentation. Review, approve, and maintain analytical documentation in compliance with applicable standards. Collaborate closely with Production and cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved and production plans are effectively supported.
