Growth Manager

We are looking for a data-driven, AI-native Growth Manager to join our team at Mars Athletic, the leading fitness operator in Turkey, now evolving into a digital wellness company with MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, MAC+, and NuSpa brands. If you're passionate about designing member journeys, finding growth opportunities through data, and designing experiments that improve retention and monetization across both our digital products and physical clubs, this role is for you! Your Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and continuously optimize personalized, data-informed member journeys that improve activation, retention, and monetization. Own the always-on member journey campaigns: creating new scenarios, optimizing existing ones, and keeping the lifecycle program running end to end. Report on member journey efficiency against core retention metrics: churn rate, activation rate, renewal rate and reactivation. Use data analysis, experimentation, and cohort tracking to uncover friction points in the member journey and identify growth opportunities. Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate journey changes and scale what works. What You Need to Be Successful 5+ years of experience in growth, CRM/lifecycle marketing, product analytics, or data analytics. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and journey tools (Insider, EVAM, Braze, or similar). Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make decisions based on data. Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing behavioral and retention analysis. Hands-on experience designing experiments and interpreting results (A/B testing, statistical significance, holdout design). AI-native way of working: you use AI tools to move faster, sharpen analysis, and scale your own output.
