What will you be doing? Lead our employer branding Position us as an employer of choice on a local and global level, and help HR attract the right talent. Act as the key link between Marketing and HR. Develop creative employer branding and recruitment campaigns across online and offline channels. Manage the relevant external agencies and drive internal project management. Design engaging visual content, graphics, and videos to support recruitment initiatives. Plan, create, and manage content for paid and organic social media, the job website, job fairs, and other employer branding touchpoints. Strengthen our employer brand and increase our visibility in the talent market. Drive internal communication Engage and connect colleagues across our global organization through effective and relevant communication. Partner with HR and site leaders to build and maintain an internal communications calendar, plan an editorial rhythm Identify and create internal content and distribute it through the most appropriate channels. Develop and implement a structured internal communication approach for our locations worldwide. Coordinate and support internal activities, campaigns, and events across different plants. Encourage employee engagement and foster brand ambassadorship among colleagues. Support the marketing team You will provide day-to-day support to the B2B Product & Brand Marketeers and contribute to the successful execution of marketing initiatives and projects. Assist in creating sales tools and presentations Support in the execution of newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, brochures, and other marketing assets. Coordinate administrative tasks such as translations or printing orders. Create and maintain visual assets Conceptualize, design and repurpose social media assets, internal communication materials, event collateral, presentation templates, and sales support materials. Apply brand guidelines consistently across All communication outlets Ensure all visual materials are professional, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity. What kind of talent are we looking for? You have 4+ years of experience in an all-round marketing position Strong command of English (spoken and written) Experience with digital marketing; especially knowledge of Meta Ads, is a plus. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is highly preferred. Knowledge of Canva is a must. You are creative, generate ideas easily, and have a keen eye for detail. You write engaging copy tailored to the target audience, in English You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time. You build strong relationships easily (even from a remote position) and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders. You are proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of your projects.
