As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Planning & Execution • Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans and campaigns • Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns • Adapt and localize global marketing materials, toolkits, and campaigns for the local market while ensuring brand consistency • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities Brand & Growth Development • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities • Identify growth opportunities and support the development of action plans • Contribute to brand-building initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales • Support portfolio and category performance tracking Project & Stakeholder Management • Collaborate closely with sales, education, commercial, and supply chain teams • Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, creative partners, and vendors • Manage marketing materials, POS assets, and promotional toolkits • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Reporting & Analytics • Track KPIs and campaign effectiveness • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations • Analyze sales and marketing data to generate actionable insights Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing • Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred • Excellent written and verbal English skills (business-level fluency required) • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Preferred • Experience working with international brands • Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external partners • Experience in product launches and campaign management • Experience in digital marketing and digital campaign management What We Offer • Opportunity to work with leading international beauty and cosmetics brands • Exposure to regional and global marketing projects • A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented culture • Close collaboration with experienced commercial and marketing teams • Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing organization
