Business İntelligence Performance Management Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, CTIS , or related fields, BAP, PMI-PBA certification will be a plus, Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (in the banking sector) , Experienced in Data Analysis Experienced in KPI Management and Businness Intelligence Knowledgeable about SDLC and Agile Methodology , Talented in Requirements Gathering and Elicitation , Comfortable with Business Analysis Modeling tools , Good command of SQL(Oracle will be a plus) , Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus, Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills, Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills, Eager to learn and adapt new concepts , Proactive and a good team player. What You’ll Do Gathering, negotiating, and documenting the requirements, Creating WBS , defining dependencies, and providing cost estimations to support project planning efforts, Preparing light-weight functional specification documents and test scenarios , Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied, Supporting Businness Intelligence and KPI Management reporting requirements, Performing functional testing , giving UAT support , Preparing/updating User Manuals , Providing third-level support of the product.
