Performance Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing: Take part in building the next category leader in the merge genre: Viking Island. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns on various channels and ad networks Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth for our games. Test new strategies, campaigns and ad networks to ensure constant improvement of the UA process Collaborate with Marketing Artists to create high-performing creatives Stay up to date with industry trends and gather market intelligence Desired skills and experiences: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the gaming industry Strong analytical skills for data analysis and forecasting to make data-driven decisions Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Adjust Strong understanding of SKAdNetwork / privacy attribution frameworks Good understanding of mobile gaming market trends, player preferences, and industry best practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment Being an excellent team player
