Finance&Accounting Specialist (SAP HANA)

Job Description The selected candidate will be responsible for: Recording and controlling daily accounting transactions in SAP HANA Managing general accounting processes (GL, AP, AR) Supporting monthly closing activities, trial balance preparation, and financial statements Handling accounting integration of payroll processes and related entries Preparing accounting data required for tax declarations Performing customer and vendor account reconciliations Managing expense records and cost controls Recording bank transactions, payments, and collections Preparing financial data for audit and reporting purposes Ensuring data entry and documentation comply with internal control procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Proven experience with SAP HANA (FI/CO modules preferred) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting Knowledge of payroll accounting Strong understanding of chart of accounts and general accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Strong reporting skills Team-oriented English proficiency is a must. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi-company or group accounting structures Participation in ERP implementation or system transition projects Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll legislation
