Fixed Asset Manager

If you want to be part of our well-being community, we look forward to your application. What You'll Do Manage and continuously improve all fixed asset processes across the company. Oversee fixed asset acquisition, capitalization, transfers, disposals, write-offs, and depreciation processes. Manage the fixed asset inventory and conduct periodic physical asset verifications. Execute fixed asset accounting processes in compliance with the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK). Review depreciation calculations and ensure accurate accounting entries. Monitor and report capital expenditures (CAPEX) while coordinating with relevant business units. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Prepare fixed asset reports and present them to management. Provide the required information and documentation during internal and external audit processes. Effectively utilize ERP fixed asset modules (preferably Logo JPlatform) and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Lead the team by managing work planning, performance, and continuous process improvement activities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, financial accounting, and reporting. Previous experience managing fixed asset processes within large-scale organizations is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and accounting regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
