WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Support the creation of high-performing static, motion, and short-form video creatives for user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms. Assist in developing creative concepts, adapting existing assets, and producing multiple creative variations to support performance marketing campaigns. Learn how to create and iterate different hooks, messaging, visual styles, CTAs, formats, and localization variations to improve campaign performance. Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, asset generation, localization, and creative production workflows while finalizing assets using industry-standard design and motion tools. Support the adaptation of creatives for different languages, audiences, and markets while maintaining brand consistency and delivering a native user experience. Assist in preparing creative assets by resizing, formatting, editing, and creating platform-specific variations for different campaign needs. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Growth teams across different ventures to support global product marketing initiatives. Stay up to date with creative trends, performance marketing best practices, and emerging AI technologies while continuously expanding your creative toolkit. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help transform insights into engaging, performance-driven creatives. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media, Advertising, Animation, or a related field. Passionate about digital advertising, creative production, and designing content that reaches global audiences. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop. Basic knowledge of After Effects is highly preferred. Curious about AI-powered creative tools and eager to learn how they can enhance creative production workflows. Interested in performance marketing and excited to understand how creative testing, experimentation, and iteration drive campaign success. Detail-oriented with a strong visual eye and an interest in crafting engaging user experiences. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Comfortable receiving feedback, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously improving your work. Strong communication skills in English.
