Joe & The Juice'ta mağaza müdürü, operasyonun yanı sıra ekibin kültürünü ve misafir deneyimini de şekillendirir. Sorumlulukların: Mağazanın tüm operasyonunu uçtan uca yönetmek, kalite, hız ve hizmet standartlarını en üst seviyede tutmak Mağazanın finansal performansını P&L üzerinden takip etmek; satış, işçilik, maliyet ve fire hedeflerini yönetmek Ekibi işe almak, eğitmek, geliştirmek ve motive etmek Ekibe günlük işlerde rol model olmak, Joe kültürünü sahada yaşatmak Misafirlerle, ekiple ve merkez ofisle açık ve etkili iletişim kurmak Aradığımız profil: Bebek ve çevresinde, yiyecek-içecek, kafe ya da benzer perakende operasyonlarında en az 3–4 yıl yöneticilik deneyimi Finansal okuryazarlık ve P&L okuyup yorumlama becerisi Güçlü iletişim becerileri ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşım Ekip yönetme, eğitim verme ve insanları geliştirme konusunda kanıtlanmış deneyim Yoğun tempoda enerjisini koruyan, örnek olan bir lider Neden Joe & The Juice? At Joe & The Juice, a Store Manager doesn't just run operations, they shape the team's culture and the guest experience. What you'll do: Own the store's full operation and keep quality, speed and service at the highest standard Track the store's financial performance through the P&L and manage sales, labor, cost and waste targets Recruit, train, develop and motivate the team Be a role model on the floor and bring the Joe culture to life every day Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, the team and the head office What we're looking for: At least 3–4 years of management experience in food & beverage, café or similar retail operations in Bebek or the surrounding area Strong financial literacy and the ability to read and interpret a P&L Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset Proven experience in leading teams, training people and helping them grow A leader who keeps their energy in a fast-paced environment and leads by example Why Joe & The Juice?
