Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Previous consulting experience is preferred. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proven sales experience and at least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably within the service sector. Strong commercial acumen and business awareness, combined with a customer-oriented and opportunity-driven mindset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive business performance through data and numerical targets. Self-motivated, results-driven, and self-confident professional. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Job Description Establish and realise new business and market opportunities, build effective business relationships and expand the client network of the territory to endure ongoing profitable business in delivering all above HR services to the organizations. Proactively drive sales activities and spend significant time in the field engaging with clients to achieve sales targets. Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Ensure the commercial growth and operational excellence of the branch. Lead, manage, and coach the operations team to ensure exceptional service quality, high performance, and strong employee engagement and motivation.
