ABOUT THE ROLE As a rapidly growing company, Jotform is seeking a User Researcher in our Ankara office, located at a relaxed fun environment in Hacettepe Teknokent. Here’s what you will be doing: Continuously study how people interact with Jotform and observe their experience Identify their pain points and discover opportunities that we can address Analyse and report if the changes we make get the results we want Conduct user experience researches via variety of methods such as: remote usability testing, data analysis, surveys, observation, diary or benchmark studies, heuristic evaluations and A/B tests Generate insightful personas that are based on people's behaviors, goals, motivations, usage patterns, industry types, roles and demographics Contribute to UX Research Team processes and standards, and help establishing best practices for research. Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements: B.A./B.S.degree or above in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data Deep knowledge of UX principles and best practices Familiarity with designing wireframes or prototypes for research validation Strong understanding of context and product common sense Excellent presentation, communication and analysis skills Openness to feedback Consistent, timely and proactive communication with cross-functional teams, product/project groups A passion to learn and keep up with the latest developments.
