CEO Office & Strategy Manager

DefensX is a fast-growing secure browser and AI security company serving more than 7,000 customers through a network of over 500 partners across the United States. We are seeking a CEO Office & Strategy Manager based in Istanbul to work directly with the CEO and support strategic initiatives, executive decision-making, and cross-functional execution across the company. Key Responsibilities Strategic Initiative Coordination Coordinate and track CEO-sponsored strategic initiatives, monitor progress across departments, identify execution risks, and ensure agreed priorities remain on schedule. Executive Communication and Reporting Prepare internal communications, executive briefings, management presentations, board materials, and concise summaries of financial and operational performance. Meeting and Decision Governance Organize leadership and executive meetings, structure decision materials, document key decisions, and track action items to promote accountability and timely execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work across sales, marketing, finance, product, engineering, and operations to resolve bottlenecks and align teams around company-wide goals. Business Analysis and Research Conduct market, competitor, customer, and business-performance analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision-making. Special Projects Take ownership of high-priority, cross-functional projects sponsored by the CEO that may not sit clearly within an existing department. Qualifications Executive MBA from a reputable institution Full professional fluency in spoken English and AI Strong analytical, financial, and business judgment Strong stakeholder-management and follow-through capabilities High level of discretion when handling confidential information Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment Location Full-time, fully-remote position based in Turkey, reporting directly to the CEO.
