Key Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial Engineering) or Economics • Minimum 7 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, • Proficient in MS Office programs, • Knowledge of financial analysis and cost management, • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data handling, • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, • Proficient in English will be an asset Key Responsibilities: As a Cost Controller, you will play a critical role in monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost efficiency at ISS Türkiye. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Financial & Cost Control Management Monitoring budget performance and preparing comparative monthly reports, Performing cost analyses to enhance budgeting and forecasting accuracy, 2. Reporting & Analysis Preparing and delivering monthly and weekly profit/loss reports to management, Reviewing inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and informing project managers, Conducting financial reporting and cost analysis. 3. Process Improvement & Compliance Implementing cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with operations managers, Optimizing the use of ERP systems for enhanced efficiency, Ensuring compliance with quality management, information security, and occupational health & safety policies. 4. Strategic Business Support Conducting pricing and cost estimations for new projects, Visiting project sites to identify opportunities for operational and financial efficiency, Overseeing invoice processes and ensuring financial efficiency.
