In line with Eti Makine’s revenue and profitability targets, the role is responsible for managing domestic and international Project and spare parts sales activites. This includes conducting the preliminary evaluation of incoming Project requests, securing internal approval, and ensuring that the scope and technical details of yhe project are clearly defined in coordination with engineering teams and communicated to customer. What We Expect from You? Develop and expand domestic and international customer portfolios, Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities, Develop and implement effective sales strategies, Manage of quotations and contract processes, Represent the company at international and domestic fairs and industry events, Sector analysis and report findings, Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project and sales coordination. Why You? Graduated from Engineering Faculties, At least 7 years of sales experience in companies engaged in machine manufacturing, special process solutions, industrial production line solutions and turnkey production facility projects. Experienced in domestic and international trade fairs and customer relationship management, Fluent in English(spoken and written), Strong knowledge of export and international sales processes, Skilled in contract and proposal management, Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, Capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans, Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications, No travel restrictions.
