Are you ready to join us on this journey? What You'll Be Doing? Develop, maintain, and execute demand planning strategies to support business objectives and drive best-in-class planning processes. Own and manage the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance functions. Facilitate demand review and consensus planning meetings, translating business insights into actionable demand plans. Monitor forecast accuracy and bias metrics, ensuring alignment with target performance levels and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze sales, market, and business data to generate weekly, monthly, and long-term demand forecasts. Incorporate baseline trends, promotional activities, marketing initiatives, sales plans, and market dynamics into forecasting models. Work closely with regional and international teams to ensure alignment of demand planning activities and support cross-functional decision-making processes. Identify potential risks and opportunities within the demand plan and proactively recommend mitigation actions. Support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of demand planning systems and integrated business planning processes. Contribute to supply chain transformation projects and the development of planning tools, processes, and reporting capabilities. Who We're Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, or related Supply Chain functions. Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand planning principles, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. Experience with Kinaxis or similar demand planning systems is considered an asset. Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities. Experience working with large datasets and translating analytical insights into business decisions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
