Job Description Your Responsibilites: Lead injection molding, seat manufacturing, polyurethane engineering, and maintenance activities. Improve injection molding and seat manufacturing process efficiency while ensuring safety, quality, and operational availability. Focus on part quality by eliminating process- and equipment-related defects and scrap. Analyze technical drawings for new projects and review global standards and quality requirements. Identify process risks in line with PFMEA and IATF requirements; prepare process plans, control equipment specifications, production volume and capacity calculations, and project schedules while ensuring timely follow-up. Monitor and improve secondary injection molding and polyurethane molding systems, including cooling systems, raw material feeding systems, mold heating and changing units, welding equipment, jigs, rotary tables, and robot trajectories to identify Kaizen opportunities. Contribute to injection molding, polyurethane, welding, and tooling Kaizen activities to improve operational availability and GSPH performance. Plan and execute preventive, periodic, and predictive maintenance activities. Develop and maintain machine and plant maintenance standards and work instructions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Preferably 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, injection molding, polyurethane processes, project management, or maintenance. Strong knowledge of injection molding, manufacturing processes, polyurethane applications, machine parameters, material properties, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SQL, network systems, and C++ or C# programming. PLC programming knowledge, preferably Mitsubishi and Siemens. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Experience working with Japanese suppliers or OEMs is considered an asset. Automotive industry experience and Toyota Production System (TPS) knowledge are considered assets. Good proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of or experience with 2D and 3D design software such as CATIA and AutoCAD, as well as tooling/project tools such as Moldflow and AutoForm. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn. Able to travel internationally for training and business purposes. Completed military service or exempt from military service (for male candidates). Residing in, or willing to relocate to, Sakarya or Kocaeli. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
