We are looking for a " Automotive Diagnostic Specialist " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “ Automotive Sector ”. Role Overview The team will provide Technical Assistance to authorized dealers by managing support tickets and contacting dealers directly to deeply analyze and resolve vehicle-related issues. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level vehicle technical support for all repair requests Accurately identify and diagnose reported technical issues Communicate directly with repairers/dealers and provide remote technical guidance in their language Ensure compliance with established procedures and processes Analyze incoming requests and research solutions within the knowledge base Verify that the repairer has applied all available diagnostic measures and manufacturer recommendations Advise on corrective actions and provide known technical solutions when available Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales and technical diagnostics Strong expertise in complex vehicle systems, including: Chassis & Body (CHBO) Electrical, Electronics & Connected Vehicles (EECV) Gasoline & Diesel Engine Powertrain (GDEP) Hybrid & Electric Powertrain (GHEC) Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-organized, results-oriented, and process-driven Adecco is a private employment agency licensed under number 442 dated 27.12.2025, operating under the supervision of İŞKUR.
