Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, At least 1 year of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or channel marketing, Preferably experienced in activities targeting organized trade channels within the cosmetics or FMCG industry, Proficient in MS Office applications, Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills, Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with strong communication and relationship management skills, Advanced proficiency in English, Available to conduct field visits and travel as required. What to Expect in This Role Activation, Campaign and Launch Management Organize customer marketing activations in line with trade marketing and sales plans; coordinate concept development, design, and implementation processes. Support marketing activation plans for Retail and Organized Trade channels in Türkiye; work in coordination with the communications, design, trade marketing, and sales teams. Consolidate briefs for retail collaboration events and coordinate event processes remotely. Ensure the complete and timely execution of launches and campaigns; anticipate potential issues and take the necessary preventive measures. Prepare informative presentations on completed activations and events and share them with relevant stakeholders. Customer, Channel and Field Management Identify new marketing activation opportunities to develop the business in collaboration with key account/sales teams and manage customer relationships. Update the Organized Trade assortment file monthly and share it with the relevant sales teams. Conduct regular visits to Organized Trade points of sale and report field observations. Ensure regular and uninterrupted communication between the Central Marketing team and Organized Trade points of sale. Visibility and Promotional Materials Management Visit Organized Trade points of sale and prepare reports on these visits. Prepare briefs for printed and digital materials; follow up on design and production processes to ensure completion in accordance with the agreed timeline. Budget Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Monitor Organized Trade marketing expenses monthly against the annual budget and follow up on the correction of any incorrect entries.
