Human Resources Intern

We are hiring HR INTERNS to join our Organization. The incumbents will be responsible for People Operations/HR. IMPORTANT DETAILS: • This is a remote/virtual (work-from-home) volunteer internship opportunity. (unpaid) • The duration of the internship is 3 months. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Recruitment process. • Onboarding of new hires. • Research on modern practices of Talent Management / HR, which includes, building content and reports based on the research and have debrief sessions within the team. • Ensure smooth flow of succession through the offboarding process. • Employee engagement and experience. • Work very closely with the leadership team to extend support in any other activities/projects important for company growth and success through Retrospective meetings and Daily huddles. QUALIFICATIONS: • Students currently pursuing their BBA/MBA/Masters in HR (or any other Bachelor/Master degree with a keen interest in HR/People Operations career) • Students who have graduated and want to build skills in Agile PeopleOps / Agile HR REQUIREMENTS: • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. • A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • An eagerness to learn and grow within the field of Human Resources. • Must own/ have access to a personal computer. • CV must be in English to be considered. • Conversational in English.
