Spare Parts Sales Engineer

Bosforo Engineering is a company operating in the fields of industrial packaging, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and process lines in Türkiye and the Middle East, providing engineering and distribution services for leading Italian manufacturers in the industry. Job Description • Evaluate spare parts requests received from existing customers. • Identify suitable spare parts for machinery and prepare price quotations. • Follow the order process from beginning to end. • Communicate with supplier companies in Italy. • Monitor spare parts stocks and plan necessary orders. • Manage after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction. • Track orders and customer information through CRM and ERP systems. Qualifications • Preferably graduated from relevant university departments. • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in machinery, industrial equipment, or spare parts sales. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Preferably knowledgeable about ERP/CRM systems. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Team-oriented, organized, and responsible. • Holds a Class B driving license and is an active driver.
