As Neapco Turkey we are looking for a Heat Treatment Engineer to be a member of our Manufacturing Engineering Team. Key Responsibilities Develop & implement heat treatment methods
• specifically induction hardening Design heat treatment processes to optimize the mechanical properties of products. Plan and follow the maintenance of heat treatment machines Prepare equipment and materials to be used in heat treatment Provide technical support for material and heat treatment-related issues in production processes. Support new product launch processes Carry out testing and inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Technical support in the purchasing process Organising the installation, commissioning, test runs and acceptance of machines Assessing complaints, internal and external audit reports, as well as deriving measures Planning, supporting and carrying out production tests Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, or a related field Experience in the automotive sector & Induction Hardening is a must Application of knowledge / certificate of CQI-9, VDA6.3, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 In-depth knowledge of heat treatments and materials science & min. 3 years of experience is a must Certified / In-depth knowledge in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Control Plan, SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in English is a must Able to reside in Eskişehir Please send us your application in English if you believe that you are the right candidate!
