We are looking for a Power Transformers Electrical Design Engineer to join and enrich our growing engineering team. General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in transformer design (preferred) Good command of written and spoken English Proficient in MS Office tools Passionate about design , dynamic, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong planning , decision-making , and initiative-taking abilities Willingness to work in Balıkesir Job Description Review customer specifications, contracts, and related documents received from the Sales Department to determine the technical requirements of the requested transformers Evaluate the feasibility of requested transformer designs within the factory’s production capabilities and defined product range; prepare or decline offers accordingly Design the electrical components of power transformers in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring theoptimal balance of cost and quality, and compliance withinternal and international standards Analyze customer requests and prepare technical calculations, cost estimations, and documentation using relevant design software Prepare order forms for relevant products and order materials to be used in the transformer in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. Perform necessary analyses and prepare reports in accordance with customer requests. Update existing design and production criteria by keeping up with innovations. Review test results and implement necessary improvements to design or calculation methods Stay up to date with national and international transformer design standards and norms (such as ANSI and IEC) to ensure compliance and best engineering practices
