# HR Assistant | Global Business Partner

HR Assistant | Global Business Partner We are currently seeking an HR Assistant for our global business partner to join their Human Resources Department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a relevant discipline Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, or similar functions within a global company Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Good command of English Strong communication and organizational skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented mindset Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul Key Responsibilities Manage employee personnel files, including creation, updates, and archiving processes Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems Coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment schedules Support job posting activities and candidate pipeline management Communicate with candidates and ensure required documentation is collected Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires Assist in preparing employment contracts, assignment letters, leave documents, and other HR-related documentation Respond to routine HR inquiries and direct employees to relevant departments when needed Support monthly payroll processes by preparing required personnel data Track employee leave, absenteeism, and workforce movements Coordinate employee benefits processes with employees and external vendors Contribute to payroll administration and personnel affairs activities Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis to support HR operations If you are interested in becoming part of a dynamic and international environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
