Active Directory and Unified Messaging Services Senior Systems Engineer(Ankara)

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Active Directory and Unified Messaging services. Deep understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Server, MS Teams, and related technologies. Proficiency with Group Policy and Manage Engine Suite. Good command of English both spoken and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What You'll Do Design, implement, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), and Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS). Oversee the administration and maintenance of Exchange Server, MS Teams, and Skype for Business. Manage Microsoft Identity Manager GAL Sync, Group Policy, and the Manage Engine Suite (AD Audit Plus, AD Self Service Plus, AD Manager Plus, Exchange Reporter Plus). Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all Active Directory and Unified Messaging services. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
