Get ready to take your place on n11, an open market platform has made valuable contributions to the e-commerce sector since its establishment by bringing more than 330 thousand registered business partners to customers. We are looking for "Cosmetics Category Supervisor/Manager” to join our team in n11. What you'll do Monitor the category performance and take necessary actions to meet company targets Manage the relations with sellers, brands and manage the acquisition process Create overall marketing campaigns with other sales teams & sales planning and coordinate the team accordingly Follow industry, trends, consumer and customer needs to develop strategic action plans suitable for market requirements Optimize category sales performance Communicate with necessary departments such as design and marketing to launch the campaigns & promotions for increasing sales and market share Who you are University graduate Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, especially cosmetics category and campaign management Close relations with main distributors and business partners is preferred Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self-motivated and result oriented Multitasking and entrepreneurial thinker Fluency in written and spoken English Excellent MS Office skills As n11, we care about your Personal Data Security.
