Social Media Marketing Specialist

Position: Social Media Content Creator & Strategist At One Key Visa, content isn’t just marketing; it’s the heartbeat of how we educate, empower, and connect with our global audience. We're looking for a full-time Content Creator who thrives on camera, has strong creative instincts, and understands the role of short-form video across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You’ll help shape our online presence through consistent, high-quality, and engaging content that speaks directly to the international student journey. This is a creator-first role, not a desk-bound scheduler. If you're passionate about storytelling, deeply plugged into social media trends, and ready to build something meaningful, this is for you. Your Main Responsibilities: 🎥 Be the face of our content. Record, edit, and publish short-form videos on a regular schedule (talking-head, POV, educational, and trend-based content). ✏️ Concept & script content. Collaborate with our strategy team to brainstorm video ideas, write concise scripts, and stay aligned with our message. 📅 Own the content calendar. Plan and manage weekly video publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. 🔁 Engage with trends. Monitor evolving trends, audio, and formats to keep our content relevant and viral-ready. 🧠 Create for impact. Your content should educate, entertain, or inspire—ideally all three. 🧰 Use tools smartly. Canva, CapCut, Instagram tools, scheduling apps—you’ll use them daily to work efficiently. 📲 Foster engagement. Reply to relevant comments, reshare UGC, and help build a two-way conversation with our audience. 🤝 Work alongside other teams. Understand the real challenges and insights from admission, visa, and support teams to help shape content that reflects the full client experience. Qualifications: Must be comfortable and confident on camera Must have experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts Must be familiar with social media trends, storytelling, and content hooks Must be familiar with Canva (and similar tools) Strong writing and storytelling skills in Turkish. Strong writing and storytelling skills in Farsi Must be comfortable using AI tools for brainstorming, scripting, and idea generation and additional content creation.
