Financial Controlling Executive

What You Will Be Doing Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and required monthly and quarterly reporting Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) Establish, implement, and improve internal control systems Coordinate external audit processes and maintain communication with auditors Analyze financial risks and take proactive measures Provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards Solid understanding of local tax regulations and legal compliance requirements Prior experience in audit firms (Big4 preferred) is a plus Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an asset Good command of English
