General Qualifications: Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain processes, business analysis or system management Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain processes, business analysis, or system management Knowledge and experience in ERP systems and business process management Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel usage Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Preferably experienced in project management Strong communication skills, with competence in coordination and project follow-up Good command of English (both written and spoken) Strong follow-up skills; detail-oriented and results-driven work discipline Team-oriented with strong coordination skills Job Description: Ensuring the analysis, improvement, and standardization of supply chain processes. Ensuring the effective use of systems supporting processes and managing development requests based on user needs. Performing data analysis through ERP and other systems and preparing reports. Analyzing process- and system-related issues and developing solution proposals. Managing and guiding supply chain projects and/or representing the department in projects involving supply chain functions; supporting projects as a team member. Executing analysis, testing, and go-live processes within the scope of project and change management. Contributing to the improvement of process and system performance through coordination with business units.
