Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to begin a career in business operations and analytics within an international organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives. You will receive guidance and mentoring while developing a strong understanding of commercial operations and business processes. Finance Support Assist with invoice tracking and payment follow-ups. Support expense reporting and financial documentation. Prepare and maintain operational spreadsheets and reports. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders regarding financial documentation. Support budgeting and forecasting activities with data collection and reporting. People & Culture Support Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication. Assist with training coordination and internal HR projects. Support the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and organizational data. Business Operations Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management. Coordinate cross-functional administrative processes. Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date. Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives. Assist with ad hoc operational projects as assigned. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics . or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good command of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.
