Marketing Artist (UA Creative) — Mobile Game Studio

We're looking for a Marketing Artist to produce ad creatives for our mobile games at ComGames. In this role, you'll create the video and static ads used in our paid UA campaigns, produce hooks and variations, and help us test which creatives scale. Since creative is the heart of growth in casual games, this role is critical for us. Most importantly: A large part of our ad creatives is built from within the game itself. So we're looking for someone who can set up ad scenes inside Unity and also polish those scenes into finished ads in After Effects. What you'll do Build custom ad scenes / setups inside Unity (camera, animation, fake gameplay, idealized shots). Capture those scenes and turn them into ad videos with hooks, editing, and motion in After Effects / Premiere. Produce variations in multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for Meta, TikTok, and Google. Quickly produce different hooks and concepts for testing. Build new iterations on top of winning creatives. Create static banners and store assets (screenshots, icons, etc.) Track trending ad formats and bring fresh concept ideas. What we're looking for Ability to build ad/gameplay scenes inside Unity (camera, timeline, animation) — required. Hands-on video production experience with After Effects and Premiere / CapCut — required. Proven experience producing mobile game ad creatives, with a portfolio to show. Static asset production with Photoshop (or similar). Strong grasp of casual / hyper-casual ad formats and hook mechanics. Comfortable with a fast production and iteration pace. Familiarity with AI-assisted video/image tools (Kling, Runway, etc.) is a plus.
