Own Brands Communication Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, 8+ years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Management or Integrated Marketing roles, Strong background in managing brand portfolios or own/private label brands, Hands-on experience with integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities, Excellent international and local stakeholder management and communication skills, Fluent in English (written and spoken), Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer electronics or fast-paced consumer environments is nice to have, Strong understanding of customer journey and omnichannel communication. Job Description: Develop and execute own brand communication plans aligned with growth and commercial targets, Drive brand visibility and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints, Adapt global brand frameworks to local market dynamics and represent local communication needs in global discussions, Translate own brands performance data into actionable improvements and optimize campaign effectiveness, Contribute to pricing, promotion, and product launch strategies from a brand perspective. Support the implementation of brand architecture, portfolio positioning frameworks, category expansion and sub-brand development initiatives, Coordinate closely with Marketing, Commercial, E-commerce, Retail, and external agencies to ensure consistent execution.
