International Growth & Communications Intern

Brand Social is a 360-degree digital marketing agency helping brands generate sustainable demand through content, creative strategy, performance marketing, and consulting. We are looking for an internationally minded Growth & Communications Intern who is interested in digital marketing, international business development, and cross-cultural communication. This is an unpaid internship program designed for candidates who want to gain practical experience in content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a paid position in the future. Key Responsibilities Research international brands, markets, and potential clients Build qualified lead lists and identify relevant decision-makers Support LinkedIn and email outreach activities Write and adapt social media content in English Localize website, presentation, and service-related content Prepare brief digital marketing analyses for prospective clients Research international marketing trends, agencies, and competitors Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM system Collaborate with our content, design, and growth teams What We’re Looking For Advanced or native-level English Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, International Trade, or a related field Strong written communication and research skills Interest in digital marketing, growth, and business development Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and social media platforms Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Knowledge of French, German, Arabic, or another international language is a strong advantage. Previous experience with CRM systems, lead generation, content creation, or digital marketing is also preferred.
