As part of our growing organization, we are currently looking for a R&D Responsible to join our team. Role Purpose The main objective of this role is to drive innovation through the development of new products, formulations, and technologies, while leading R&D projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable business growth through continuous improvement and market-oriented research. Key Responsibilities Participate in the development and improvement of existing and new products. Carry out projects related to new raw materials, formulations, and technologies. Develop and validate laboratory test methods. Contribute to laboratory activities and processes within ongoing R&D projects. Prepare technical reports and documentation for R&D projects conducted within the team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the construction chemicals and cement industry. Good command of MS Office applications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English. No restrictions on domestic and international travel. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field. Experience with SAP. Certified Chemical Assessment Specialist or equivalent chemical regulatory expertise.
