What awaits you in this role Assess the compliance of company processes with internal control standards established based on the COSO framework Analyze operational, financial, and compliance risks, and contribute to the design of controls to mitigate these risks Develop improvement recommendations for deficiencies identified within processes Perform control testing and share the results with relevant managers Contribute to the adoption and implementation of data analytics, automation, and AI-driven approaches within internal control activities Plan, execute, and report internal control activities Support internal and external audit processes Monitor and ensure the currency of policies, procedures, and workflow documents Track regulatory changes and contribute to the implementation of necessary action What we expect Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university At least 2 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, or similar functions Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English Preferably knowledgeable about the COSO Internal Control Framework and its implementation Awareness of next-generation digital trends such as AI-powered analytical solutions and a good understanding of their applications in reporting and control processes Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI Strong analytical thinking skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities A team player with strong time management and communication skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Able to work effectively in dynamic environments where collaboration is critical Open to learning and professional development in the integration of data analytics, process mining, and artificial intelligence applications into the internal control environment Our recruitment process Pre-Interview Personality Inventory, General Aptitude and English Tests People & Culture Team and Hiring Team Interview Learning Agility Reference Check Job Offer Privileges of being an Enerjisa employee Hybrid work model supported by ergonomics and communication, Flexible working hours and hours without meetings, Extensive private health, and life insurances & company-supported Private Pension Insurance, Inter-departmental rotation opportunities, Training & development opportunities supporting both personal and professional competencies, Leave package including 5-Day Welcome Leave, Birthday and Extended Parental Leaves, Employee Support and Counseling Practice Resources (Meditopia)
