Product Owner

Looking for Product Owner to assist our leading clients in insurance industry, Minimum 5 years of experience in product management in the insurance industry. To follow domestic and international products/applications, benchmarking analysis and share with product members, keep up-to-date with digital trends. To help develop product development strategies that can find growth support in the sector or in new areas. Conduct customer interviews to identify and prioritize needs, new opportunities, and the product's core and development points. Extensive knowledge of Individual Pension System (IPS) processes. Knowledge of UI/UX design and ability to design in Figma design tool. Ability to use tools such as Miro/FigJam to track product management activities. Have experience in working with agile project management principles and being able to use Jira. Stay in communication with product, design, and software teams to understand and coordinate product strategy, road map, and quality standards. Serve as the primary communication point for the development team, answering questions and providing clarification on user stories. Identify and address product issues and defects, working closely with maintenance teams to resolve them; review bug and enhancement requests from customers to develop permanent solutions.
