Qualifications Certified as a Class A Occupational Health and Safety Specialist , Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field, Experienced in occupational health and safety practices within manufacturing environments, Knowledgeable about OHS processes in workplaces classified as Very Hazardous , Experienced in training planning, field inspections, risk assessments, accident investigations, and corrective action follow-up, Preferably holding a NEBOSH certification, Able to follow legislation and translate regulatory requirements into practice, Strong communication skills with field teams, Strong planning, reporting, and follow-up capabilities, Residing in or willing to relocate to Kütahya or Eskişehir . Responsibilities Planning, delivering, and documenting OHS trainings in compliance with legal requirements, Contributing to the standardization of onboarding trainings, basic OHS trainings, and department-specific training processes, Conducting periodic OHS inspections at the Kütahya and Organized Industrial Zone production sites, Identifying non-conformities in the field, initiating corrective actions, and following up until closure, Investigating occupational accidents, performing root cause analyses, and developing preventive actions to avoid recurrence, Supporting the update and maintenance of risk assessment studies, Monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), permit-to-work systems, contractor activities, and field safety practices, Supporting OHS committee activities, audit preparations, and legal documentation processes.
