Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in Buying, Product Management, Merchandising, or Sourcing, preferably within the woven product category Proven track record in managing product strategy, supplier partnerships, and commercial decision-making Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights Excellent planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives Commercially minded with a strong understanding of product lifecycle, customer expectations, and market dynamics Curious, agile, and continuously seeking new ideas, technologies, and industry best practices Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across multiple stakeholders Fluent in English Job Description Lead the product sourcing and vendor management strategy for the assigned category, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, brand positioning, quality standards, and financial targets Translate customer, market, and commercial insights into product decisions that drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships while continuously improving vendor performance, capability, and competitiveness Drive transformation initiatives across sourcing, product development, quality, fabric management, cost optimization, and operational excellence Develop scalable processes, systems, and ways of working that support sustainable growth and organizational efficiency Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Define clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure transparency through effective KPI management and reporting Identify business risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to ensure continuity, speed, and execution excellence Collaborate closely with Buying, Planning, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver the right product, at the right cost, at the right time Champion innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence to create long-term competitive advantage At LC Waikiki, we are committed to managing our environmental and social impacts throughout our value chain; and to developing and maintaining a business model that respects human rights and is ethical, responsible and sustainable.
