Factory Controller

We are partnering with a leading global technology company specializing in power grids and electrification solutions. Recognized for its innovation and expertise in the energy sector, the company supports utilities, industries, and the transport and infrastructure sectors worldwide in their transition toward a more sustainable and greener energy future. We are seeking an experienced Factory Controller to join the company’s Finance and Controlling team in Türkiye and support its growing operations. The successful candidate will act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the Factory Manager, providing financial guidance, meaningful business insights, and a strong financial perspective to support operational and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Act as the Finance Business Partner to the Factory Manager and provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. Take end-to-end ownership of factory controlling activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes. Prepare product pricing analyses based on different assumptions and scenarios, align relevant inputs with stakeholders, and monitor actual performance. Translate business strategies into measurable financial plans, budgets, monthly estimates, and forecasts. Lead business planning and forecasting processes. Serve as the finance interface between the factory and local, regional, and global stakeholders, including headquarters, product lines, hubs, and business units. Evaluate the financial implications of strategic alternatives, develop scenarios, and recommend appropriate actions. Participate in business reviews, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable financial insights. Establish and continuously improve processes and tools that ensure accurate, reliable, and transparent financial information. Contribute to finance digitalization and automation initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Between 7 and 12 years of relevant professional experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or a similar discipline. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is mandatory . Hands-on experience in factory controlling, production cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Practical knowledge of SAP FI, CO, MM, PP, and PS modules . Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. Fluency in both Turkish and English, written and spoken. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders within a multinational matrix organization.
