Content Marketing Specialist 📍 Location: Akmerkez (4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote) ⏳ Job Type: Full Time About Slayz Slayz is a modern investment platform operating in Turkey’s capital markets, powered by the infrastructure of Dinamik Menkul Değerler. What You’ll Do • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, the Slayz website, app store pages, email, and in app communications. • Write clear, engaging, and accurate content about investing, financial markets, capital markets, and personal finance. • Produce content for articles, social media, product launches, campaigns, landing pages, CRM, push notifications, email, and educational initiatives. • Work closely with design, product, growth, customer support, compliance, and leadership teams to deliver high quality content. • Develop content calendars and manage publishing schedules across multiple channels. • Ensure all content is consistent with the Slayz brand, tone of voice, and regulatory requirements. • Research market trends, user interests, competitor activity, and content opportunities. • Optimize content for SEO, ASO, GEO, AEO, discoverability, and organic growth. • Measure content performance and improve future content using analytics and user insights. • Help build educational content that makes investing more accessible and easier to understand. Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, content writing, copywriting, editorial, or digital marketing. • Excellent written communication skills in Turkish and good written English. • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. • Strong understanding of how content performs across different social media platforms and content formats. • Able to simplify complex financial topics into clear, engaging, and user friendly content. • Experience writing social media posts, video scripts, blog articles, landing pages, email campaigns, push notifications, and in app communications. • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills. • Comfortable working with design, video, marketing, product, compliance, and business teams. • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Interested in FinTech, investing, capital markets, creator culture, and digital media. Bonus Points • Experience working in a FinTech company, investment platform, brokerage firm, bank, or financial services company. • Familiarity with Borsa İstanbul, TEFAS Funds, US Stocks, investing, or financial markets. • Experience growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, or YouTube. • Understanding of platform specific content strategies, social media trends, storytelling, and creator best practices. • Experience with SEO, ASO, GEO, AEO, keyword research, and content optimization. • Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Notion, Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or AI content tools. • Experience creating educational content, newsletters, blog articles, video scripts, product content, or lifecycle communications. • Understanding of CRM, email marketing, push notifications, and in app messaging.
