# Risk and Business Continuity Specialist

OYAK Cement proudly carries its vision of "Türkiye's largest and most environment friendly cement brand" with a total production capacity of 12.6 million tons of clinker and 22.9 million tons of cement We are looking for a Risk and Business Continuity Specialist to join OYAK Cement, responsible for the effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of corporate risks, as well as the development and implementation of business continuity plans to ensure organizational resilience and preparedness. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal control, audit, or business continuity, Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 22301, and COSO ERM standards, Solid analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with risk management software/tools, Preferably holding relevant certifications such as RIMAP or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, Excellent command of written and spoken English, Turkish RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise Risk Management Develop, update, and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, Identify, analyze, evaluate, and report corporate risks, Define and maintain the organization’s risk appetite and tolerance levels, and report them to senior management, Organize and facilitate Risk Committee meetings and prepare related reports, Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Business Continuity Management Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Policy and Strategy, Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business processes and resources, Prepare and regularly update Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, Organize and coordinate drills and exercises to test plan effectiveness, Develop Emergency Response and Crisis Communication Plans, Ensure compliance with ISO 22301 and other international business continuity standards.
