Position Highlights Global Exposure: Manage cross-border and cross-regional HR affairs within the fast-paced Web3 industry. Key Responsibilities Business HR Support: Deeply understand the strategic goals, organizational structure, and business processes of the assigned departments, and provide targeted HR solutions. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle for the business unit, including requirement analysis, job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Employee Relations Management: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfer, resignation); establish effective communication mechanisms; handle labor relations for multinational/cross-regional employees and organize employee care activities to enhance team cohesion. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps within the business unit and collaborate with the training department to design and implement targeted development programs. Performance & Incentives: Assist the HR department in driving performance appraisals within the business unit, including goal setting, progress tracking, performance reviews, and application of results. HR Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies (attendance, performance, compensation, recruitment, etc.) are effectively implemented and executed within the business unit. Data & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze HR metrics for the business unit (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment cycles, training completion rates, etc.). Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; fluency in English；Chinese is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or in HR-related roles; experience in Internet, Tech, or Blockchain industries is preferred; experience in cross-departmental or cross-regional collaboration is a plus. Professional Skills: Familiar with the core modules of HR, particularly specialized in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Core Competencies: Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into HR solutions. Excellent communication and coordination skills to bridge the gap between business units and HR; outstanding resilience under pressure. A balance of principle and flexibility, with high professional ethics and awareness of confidentiality.
