The company works in the production, processing, and export of organic and conventional agricultural commodities and serves international customers across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Key Responsibilities ➼ Manage B2B international sales enquiries and customer communication. ➼ Communicate professionally with overseas buyers through email, phone, and other business channels. ➼ Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, product offers, and other sales documents. ➼ Follow up with existing customers and prospective international buyers. ➼ Respond to product, pricing, specification, certification, packing, and availability enquiries. ➼ Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and follow-up schedules. ➼ Coordinate with Quality, Certification, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams. ➼ Support lead generation and the development of new international customers. Requirements ‣ Excellent English communication and email-writing skills. ‣ Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills. ‣ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. ‣ Good organizational and documentation skills. ‣ Basic understanding of sales, exports, or international business. ‣ Ability to communicate professionally with international customers. ‣ Willingness to learn and build a career in international B2B sales. ‣ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. ‣ Experience in B2B sales, export business, food and agriculture products, or international trade will be an added advantage.
