Role Description The Export Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end export processes, including preparing and controlling export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The position involves daily communication with customers, logistics providers, and internal teams to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. The team member will monitor import/export operations, follow up on delivery timelines, and support continuous improvement of related workflows. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs requirements and contributing to efficient, customer-focused service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and related paperwork management. Candidates should possess skills in Import/Export Operations, including coordination of logistics and regulatory compliance. Candidates should possess practical experience in Export and Import processes within international trade. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with global partners and resolve inquiries. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or a related field are beneficial. Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in MS Office, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
