Business Analyst – New Graduate We are looking for a fresh graduate Business Analyst who will work at TEB Arf • Digital Channels Team in İstanbul (BÜDOTEK Teknopark Office). Join our innovative Digital Channels Team at TEB Arf and play a pivotal role in shaping the future. Key Responsibilities: Close communication and relationship with the business and IT stakeholders, Definition of the business requirements, problems to be solved, questions to be answered with the project, Analysis of the business processes, applications and the data related with the project, Preparation and documentation of the data dictionary, Analyzing and extending data sources with internal/external data both for structured and unstructured data types, Extracting and manipulating data, coding business rules and preparing the features defined in the data dictionary, Development of the reusable data pipelines, testing the final data and making it ready for the model development, Transform the current workflows using Artificial Intelligence, Managing, coordinating and testing the (either batch or real time) integration of the solutions with other systems and processes. Who we’re looking for You don’t need to know every framework. You don’t need years of experience. But you should... recently graduated • or you’re about to • from Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or a related discipline, enjoy building solutions, think analytically, learn continuously, communicate confidently in English, embrace new technologies, and see AI as a tool to build better products • not just as a trend.
