Technical Yarn Production Executive

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 330.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas. We are looking for a Technical Yarn Production Executive to join our Aksafil Technical Yarn factory, currently under construction in Yalova, who will be responsible for all components of technical yarn production. Qualities We Are Looking For; • Graduate of Textile Engineering departments of universities, • At least 8 years of experience in yarn production facilities (especially short fiber, ring spinning and technical yarns), preferably in a managerial position, • Competent in production planning, process management and team management, • Fluent in English, • Developed analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, • Strong leadership skills, experienced in team management and development, • No restrictions on domestic and international travel, • Residing in or able to reside in Yalova, Gölcük or surrounding areas Your main tasks are; • End-to-end planning and management of technical yarn production processes, • Planning of raw materials, human resources, and machine capacity in accordance with production targets, • Conducting continuous improvement studies to increase production efficiency and quality standards, • Effectively managing, developing, and monitoring the performance of teams, • Analyzing potential problems in production processes and producing quick and lasting solutions, • Ensuring the continuity of the production system in accordance with customer expectations and quality standards, • Monitoring and integrating new technologies, processes, and methods into the factory, • Optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance in line with company objectives.
