Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their goals and translating them into effective HR initiatives Support talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development efforts. Provide guidance to managers on HR process Collaborate on compensation reviews and succession planning Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people performance and organizational efficiency What we're waiting for you? Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering departments At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably 2 years in HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles Knowledgeable in talent management, engagement, compensation, and organizational development Proficient in MS Office programs Preferably familiar with SAP Responsible and eager to generate new projects.
