CMS (content Management System) Applications Expert

Broadcast & OTT CMS Applications Expert to join a project-based initiative to replace the existing Content Management System (CMS) with a new platform supporting linear and non-linear (OTT/VOD) broadcast operations in Digiturk. This is a project-driven role: the successful candidate will lead the transition from the current CMS to the new system, from analyzing existing workflows to adapting the new platform to our operational needs and integrating it with our existing systems. Throughout the project, the role acts as the operational and technical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, safeguarding business-critical service continuity during the migration. Responsibilities • Work closely with the vendor and internal teams to adapt and configure the new CMS platform to Digiturk's linear and non-linear (OTT/VOD) operational needs, • Analyze existing broadcast and content management workflows to define requirements and identify improvement opportunities for the new system, • Map current processes against the new CMS's capabilities, highlighting gaps and proposing workflow adjustments, • Plan and execute integration of the new CMS with existing broadcast, OTT, and adjacent enterprise systems to ensure seamless data and workflow continuity, • Support end-to-end testing of workflow adaptations and integrations to validate that the new system meets business and operational requirements, • The role requires the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely on a hybrid basis. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (BS/BE), preferred Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, • 5+ years of experience, • Preferred to work as Computer Engineer or System Analyst in Information Technology companies, • Preferred to work in broadcasting, OTT, streaming, or media technology sector, • Preferred to knowledge about linear/nonlinear broadcasting CMS systems and Linear Traffic & Scheduling Systems (PROVYS, WhatsON, or similar), • Preferred to knowledge about management of OTT platform services on the related CMS systems (IBMS, PROVYS, WhatsON, Diagnal, or similar VOD CMS platforms), • Familiarity with OTT platforms such as Prime Video, TV+, Tabii, TOD, Disney+, Netflix, Fox, BluTV, Max, or similar platforms is a plus, • Proven experience managing enterprise applications and supporting business-critical, content lifecycle-driven production systems, • General knowledge about basic programming languages, • Knowledge about programming languages to benefit from AI, • Master knowledge about one programming language at least developing a new project with, • General knowledge about architectural structures of databases and SQL query language, • General knowledge about network systems and their components, • Working knowledge of Windows Server administration and Linux administration (command line, troubleshooting, monitoring), • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container technologies, and API integration fundamentals, • Fluently speaking and written in English to communicate with foreign partners and customers, • Curious about emerging technologies, with a self-learning mindset and interest in AI CMS applications.
