Job Description We are looking for a Reservations Supervisor , who will be responsible for the following: To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service To enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required To ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities To liaise with sales and other departments as required To answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner Qualifications Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Previous customer related experience required Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a tea Additional Information Be part of Accor, a world-leading hospitality group Global career development opportunities within Accor Employee benefits including worldwide discounts
