You will own Meta Ads end to end for iOS user acquisition, and turn ad spend into subscribers, profitably, under ATT, SKAN and AEM. • Type: Part-time (15 to 20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) • Location: Fully remote • Contract: Freelance, part-time or full-time • Schedule: Flexible, with a few overlapping hours for syncs Compensation • Part-time: 90,000 to 135,000 TRY per month • Full-time: 170,000 to 280,000 TRY per month • Performance bonus on top: 7.5% to 12.5% of the profit (Example: if your campaigns bring in 2,000,000 TRY of profit in a month, your bonus is 150,000 to 250,000 TRY for that month, on top of your base pay) What You Will Do • Plan, launch and scale campaigns for installs, trials and subscriptions • Brief, test and iterate on UGC-style creatives, hooks and angles • Own AEM event prioritization, SKAN conversion schemas and MMP data • Optimize against ROAS, LTV, trial-to-paid and payback, not vanity installs • Ship a weekly readout: what to kill, what to scale, what to test • Propose GEO, language and budget moves based on data Must Haves • 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads for consumer iOS apps, ideally subscription-based • Practical fluency with SKAdNetwork, ATT and AEM • Experience with an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular or similar) • Strong command of CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and cohort analysis • A track record of building campaigns from scratch and scaling them profitably • Able to own a channel independently • Strong written and spoken English Nice to Haves • Paywall, trial funnel and pricing test experience • Firebase, GA4, Amplitude or similar • Scaling UGC creatives across Reels, TikTok and Shorts • Google App Campaigns or Apple Search Ads • Genuine interest in AI and creative tools What We Offer • High trust: You own the channel, with direct access to the founders • Clean data and fast creative turnaround • Outcome-driven culture: ROAS, LTV and payback over activity • Compensation that grows as spend scales How to Apply Apply on our website: https://aistudio.works/job-performance-marketing#apply We read every application and reply to all of them.
